In times of global shift let us explore the value of a couple through the themes of sexuality, sensuality, sensitivity, spirituality and common-sense.
There is an interchange between those five levels of intimacy. One tends to confuse or negate their associated qualities. Each has a worth and a role to play in the exchange.
In this workshop we explore and clarify the contribution to the relationship from these different human facets.
This will happen through sharing, self-reflection, interactive games, meditation and other activities.

The Island of Muhu
We will be venturing into the Estonian Island of Muhu in the Baltic Sea, rich in heritage and natural beauty. Our venue is by the sea, with plenty of opportunities to walk in nature and explore the surroundings as well as the cultural heritage in Muhu and Saaremaa.

Muhu Island, located in the Baltic Sea, is the third-largest island in Estonia and part of the West Estonian archipelago. Known for its serene natural beauty, Muhu is a blend of picturesque landscapes, quaint villages, and rich cultural heritage. The island boasts traditional thatched-roof houses, ancient windmills, and the historic St. Catherine’s Church, one of Estonia’s oldest. Muhu is also famous for its unique juniper forests, limestone cliffs, and meadows teeming with wildflowers.
